Dresser

A custom dresser Ponchatoula families commission from Cliff Craft is built with drawer boxes that slide true, dovetail joinery that doesn’t loosen over time, and a reclaimed old-growth hardwood case that doesn’t rack or twist with seasonal humidity changes.

Every Drawer Fitted by Hand

Every drawer is fitted by hand. The case is milled from reclaimed cypress, heart pine, or black walnut — wood already a century old before it enters the shop. The finish is applied by hand to reveal the grain rather than cover it. No veneers. No hardware substitutes. Solid wood throughout.

Sized to Your Room

Every custom dresser Ponchatoula clients order is sized to the room — number of drawers, case height, width, and finish all determined by the space it will occupy. Built to the standard that assumes it will be passed down rather than replaced. Learn more through the St. Tammany Woodworkers Guild.
