Sofa Table
About This Piece
A custom sofa table Ponchatoula homeowners order from Cliff Craft is built for the space behind the seating — long, low, and stable, with a reclaimed old-growth hardwood top and a base engineered to hold its form without bracing against a wall.
Engineered for the Span
The top is milled from reclaimed cypress, heart pine, black walnut, or aged cedar. The base is engineered for the span and the load — a long piece that must stay stable under daily use without sagging or racking. No veneers. Solid wood throughout, finished by hand to reveal the grain.
Proportioned to the Sofa and Room
Every custom sofa table Ponchatoula clients commission is proportioned to the sofa and the room — length, height, surface area, and finish all determined before a single board is cut. Built to stay exactly where it’s placed for decades. Learn more through the St. Tammany Woodworkers Guild.
