China Cabinet

A custom china cabinet Ponchatoula families commission from Cliff Craft is built to display what matters and protect it — glass or open shelving above, solid storage below, and reclaimed old-growth hardwood construction throughout. Doors hang true, drawers fit tight, and the whole piece stands plumb and stable for generations.

Joinery Built to Last

The case is built from reclaimed cypress, heart pine, or black walnut salvaged from historic Louisiana structures. Every joint is fitted by hand. Door frames are mortise-and-tenon. Shelving is engineered for the load — not just the pieces you own today but the ones you’ll add over a lifetime. No veneers. Solid wood throughout.

Sized to Your Room and Collection

Every custom china cabinet Ponchatoula clients order is sized to the room — height, width, shelf spacing, and finish all determined before a single board is cut. Learn more about Louisiana woodworking traditions through the St. Tammany Woodworkers Guild.
